MATTHEW R. ARRANTS, ISHC
Matthew Arrants joined Pinnacle Advisory Group in 1996 and was one of the founding Partners of Pinnacle Realty Investments. Matt is a graduate of The Hotel School's Graduate Program at Cornell University. His reputation for understanding the asset from every angle is a strategic differentiator. His years of experience with Four Seasons Hotels and Pinnacle Advisory Group have cast him as one of the leaders of effective asset analysis. RACHEL J. ROGINSKY, ISHC
Rachel Roginsky is a co-founder of Pinnacle Advisory Group and Pinnacle Realty Investments. She is a graduate of The Hotel School at Cornell University. Her twenty-four years of hospitality experience began in operations with Walt Disney World, and later moved into consulting with PKF. In 1991, she began Pinnacle Advisory Group. Her proficiencies in market research and demand studies, operations analysis, franchise and management analysis, financial analysis, and general due diligence illicit trust and competence. These qualities have afforded her an exceptional reputation across the United States.

DANIEL C. HANRAHAN II, MAI, CRE
Daniel Hanrahan is a co-founder of Pinnacle Advisory Group and Pinnacle Realty Investments. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Business. Over Dan's twenty-seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has provided counseling services throughout the United States, Mexico, South America, the Caribbean, and Canada for institutional investors, private investors, hotel companies, and an array of public entities

MATTHEW LABARRE
Matthew LaBarre joined Pinnacle Realty Investments as an Analyst in 2005. Matthew is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he studied Sociology and Urban Development. His background and experience in hotel operations with Marriott International, and as a Management Trainee at the historic Wentworth by the Sea Hotel and Spa has allowed Matthew to develop a solid understanding of hotel operations and market analysis.
